WhichDay.net is a small, independent project built around one everyday question: "What does today call for?" Sometimes the answer is simple — knowing the date, checking the weather, remembering that a birthday is coming up. Sometimes it's one of the big ones: a mortgage, a loan, where to keep your savings. We built this site to answer both kinds in one place, with tools that are genuinely free and don't ask for anything in return.
Everything here follows the same three rules. No sign-up, ever — no accounts, no email walls, no "unlock full results" tricks. Your data stays yours — reminders are generated entirely in your browser, and we never see or store what you type. Numbers come from official sources — our rate data is pulled from FRED (the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis), weather from the U.S. National Weather Service, and provider lookups point to government registries, not paid lists. Questions, corrections, or suggestions are always welcome at contact@whichday.net — we read everything.

Every tool on this site is free to use and asks for nothing — no account, no email, no credit check. When you run a calculation, we point you to the official public registries (like the NMLS, the FDIC, and your state regulators) where you can look up real, licensed providers in your state. We don't sell your details as a lead, and no financial institution pays to appear in our results or to move up in them. The site is supported by advertising; if we ever earn a commission from a link, we'll label that link clearly. Either way, what we earn never changes the numbers a calculator shows.
