1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WhichDay.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United States. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility

WhichDay.net is a general-audience website intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or at least 16, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom).

3. Use License & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to use the financial calculators, decision-making tools, and reminder interfaces on WhichDay.net for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Except for the third-party content described in Section 4, the text, layout, design, and code of this site are the property of WhichDay.net. You may not systematically scrape, mirror, republish, or resell the site or its tools, nor remove or obscure any attribution or disclaimer, without our written permission. Reasonable personal use — including printing an estimate for your own records — is expressly permitted.

4. Third-Party Content and Data

Some information shown on this site originates from third parties and remains subject to their own terms and licences:

• Wikipedia / Wikimedia Foundation. The "on this day" strip on the homepage displays short extracts from Wikipedia, which are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence. Attribution is displayed alongside the content.
• Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED). Interest-rate series are retrieved from FRED and are used for illustration. FRED does not endorse this site.
• U.S. National Weather Service. Forecast data is provided by the NWS and is subject to its own accuracy limitations.
• Government and regulator registries. Links to bodies such as the NMLS, FDIC, NCUA and NAIC are provided for lookup purposes only.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or continued licensing.

5. Free Special Day Reminder Service

Our special day reminder tool lets you generate a Google Calendar link or a downloadable calendar (.ics) file for birthdays, anniversaries and observances, entirely within your browser. We do not send text messages, emails, or push notifications — reminders are delivered through the calendar application you choose to sync with, and their timing and delivery are governed by that service, not by WhichDay.net. We cannot guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, and you should not rely on this tool as your sole record of an important date.

6. No Warranty

The site and all of its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any calculation, forecast, rate, date, or countdown displayed will be accurate or current. 7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall WhichDay.net or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, financial losses, data loss, missed deadlines or occasions, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, simulators, or estimates provided on the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Links and Advertising

This site contains links to third-party websites, and is supported by advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site or advertiser. The presence of a link or an advertisement is not an endorsement. Advertising is served by third parties and does not influence the inputs, outputs, or ordering of results in any calculator on this site.

9. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time without notice, and we may revise these Terms of Service. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to WhichDay.net shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the operator of WhichDay.net is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
